Presenter Information
 
 
Please review the following instructions for all poster presenters:
 
 
1.Poster presenters are requested to follow the schedule below when mounting their poster on their assigned board.
a. Mounting: Sunday, June 29, 12:00-5:00 pm
b. Removal: Wednesday, July 2, 12:00 pm
 
2.Poster size: 3ft (width) x 4 ft (height) or 90cm x 120cm
 
3. Assigned ISPNO abstract # should preceed the title of your poster.
 
3.Any posters remaining on their panels after removal time will be discarded by the ISPNO committee.
 
 
Please review the following instructions for all oral presenters:
 
 
1. All presentations will be run from a windows based PC laptop (provided by ISPNO) at the podium. All presentations must be in PowerPoint format (no Flash, Photoshow, etc.)
 
2. Submit your PowerPoint presentation on a CD or USB Memory/thumb drive/memory drive at least 4 hours, or the night before your presentation to the "AV staff" to load your presentation into the ISPNO PC laptop. We ask that all changes be made prior to delivery of your presentations file. No changes can be made under the three hour limit.
 
3. Animation and sound functions will be available for any embedded media. Please make sure that the data is applicable to Media Player for Windows and Quick time for Macintosh.
*For embedded video, please include all applicable media files in a folder under your name on your CD or USB Memory/thumb drive/memory drive with your power point presentation.
 
4. Keeping the program on-time is very important.  Timer systems (Green, Yellow and Red lamps) placed on the podiums will indicate the remaining time and presentations must be completed within this time limit. Presentations will be followed by discussion time.
 
5. Presentation times are scheduled for 10 minute or 6 minute intervals. 
  • 10 minute Presentations : 8-9 minutes of presentation with a 1-2 minute time for discussion and questions.
  • 6 minute Presentations:  Following your presentation we ask you to remain seated in the front row of the venue. Following each series of papers presented the moderator will field questions pertaining to your paper.
