The ISPNO 2008 planning committee would like to share with you our warm Chicago style hospitality and invite registered accompanying guests to join us for a delicious Welcome Breakfast. You’ll have an opportunity to meet and mingle with your old ISPNO friends and soon to be new friends! Over breakfast you will hear a brief history of our great city, be introduced to a myriad of exciting activities and events, and receive shopping tips to enhance your personal experience of Chicago, "your kind of town".
Tour 1
Sights and Scenes of Chicago, Double Decker Bus Tour 
Date: Monday, June 30th
Time: 1030 to 1230
Cost: $25 per person (pay with registration)
Location: Tour will depart from the Rush Street entrance of the Chicago Marriott Magnificent Mile promptly at 1000.
Experience the magnificent sights and scenes of Chicago’s historic lakefront, business and shopping districts aboard one of Chicago’s Double Decker open air buses. This 1 ½ to 2 hour tour has been carefully tailored to provide ISPNO guests a panoramic and informative overview of key attractions located in the heart of the "Windy City." The guided adventure is designed to offer a whimsical and insightful history of the city. Knowledgeable tour guides will be on hand
to answer questions and provide additional resource information should you desire to return to
some stops at a later time during your stay.
Voted Best of Chicago, this tour travels past sites echoing the remnants of the famed roaring 20’s, some of the worlds most visited architectural landmarks including the Sears Tower and the Art Institute, and provides a picturesque view of distinctive scenic venues such as Millennium Park, Museum Campus and Buckingham Fountain. And for all you sports fans…you’ll catch a glimpse of Soldier Field, home to Chicago’s football team, the Chicago Bears, on your way to one of the most beautiful and rare recreational locations in the world…Navy Pier. For those wishing to jumpstart their shopping extravaganza, the bus will make a final stop in front of the John Hancock building located along the Magnificent Mile, where novice and expert shoppers alike will find a variety of globally recognized and specialty stores. All other travelers will conclude the tour back at our starting point at the Marriott Hotel.*

Chicago River Architectural Tour 
Date: Tuesday, July 1st
Time: 930 to 1145
Cost: $25 per person (pay with registration)
Location: We will leave from the Michigan Avenue entrance of the Chicago Marriott
Magnificent Mile promptly at 9:30 for a short walk to the river boat. The boat leaves
dock at 10:00 and will return at 11:30.

Chicago White Sox Tickets:
The Chicago White Sox Baseball Team, and winner of the 2005 World Series, has set aside a block of tickets on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 for the ISPNO. Come watch the Chicago White Sox take on the Cleveland Indians at Chicago's US Cellular Field with your ISPNO friends. Game time is 7:11 pm and US Cellular Field is easily accessed on the CTA, Chicago's mass transit train system (Red Line: SOX/35 stop). These lower box tickets are available at $20 each which is half their face value. The number of tickets is limited and are sold on a first-come first-serve basis.
